“Oh yes, it's true! Five years of COFAN in establishment.”
"Yet, without the help of my family, board members, youth and their families, we would not have blossomed."
Patricia James is the founder and president of Children Of All Nations. Her lively persona is not only expressed in her role of leadership, but also in her everyday life. Many describe her as being wise, creative and self-motivated. She is a native of Trinidad and an exceptional mother and "Nana."
Shortly after relocating to America, Patricia discovered her purpose. That was to break social barriers and bring children together from different cultures and ethnic backgrounds. After much research and focus she developed a plan and formed a small non-profit organization named, Children Of All Nations.
Now, after five years of dedication Ms. James has another vision and that is to expand. This summer she was recognized with four achievement awards for her involvement in our communities. One was granted from the very fine Stephanie-Blake Rawlings, the Mayor of Baltimore City.
